التقى سيادة المطران مار ماري عمانوئيل بالسيد ادريس مدير دائرة الهجرة في محافظة توكات ، تحدثوا عن احوال اللاجئين الموجودين في تركيا كما ايضاً تحدثوا عن احوال معيشتهم وظروفهم والكثير من الامور الاخرى ، وعبر السيد ادريس عن شكره وترحيبه بسيادة المطران مار ماري عمانوئيل القادم من استراليا سيدني ليلتقي باللاجئين وتفقد أحوالهم في تركيا مع الشكر والتقدير .
His Grace Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel met with Mr. Idris, Director of the Immigration Department in Tokat Governorate. Discussions involved the conditions of the refugees in Turkey, their living conditions and over all general circumstances. Mr. Idris expressed his gratitude and welcomed His Grace Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel, for coming all the way from Sydney Australia to understand first hand the plight of the refugees in Turkey. Both parties exchanged thanks and promised to work collaboratively together to support the refugees in Tokat and surrounding regions.
