The way we handle your feedback(s) as follows:

1. Once we’ve received your completed online form, we will register a log of this form.
2. Within 48 hours of receipt of the feedback we will review and make contact.
3. Our review will also include immediate action to be taken, where required, to ensure that where the complaint relates to matter of emergency they are attended to promptly.
4. Once we contact you we will address your complaints over the phone and if required organise for a face to face meeting.
5. We will address the issues which are jointly agreed upon within an appropriate time.
6. We will then contact you to ensure that you are happy with the resolution.
