Sunday 17th Nov, Feast of the Sanctification of the Church – His Grace Bishop Mar Mari of Australia, Priests, Deacons, Nuns and all the Church gathered to witness the ordination of twelve devout men into the Diaconate. All three orders were conferred upon our men who have been serving in the Holy Church:
Deacons: Dcn. Daniel K., Dcn. Issac I.;
Sub-Deacons: SD. Alan N., SD. Yukhana M. (John), SD. Joseph M., SD. Justin R., SD. Ramil, SD. Gabriel G.;
Lectors: Lr. Maron S., Lr. Ammar A., Lr. Roni A., Lr. Martin I.
The Bishop and the Church pray, requesting the intercession of the Holy Mother and our Patron Saint Mar Shimun Bar’Sabbae, that these servants be strengthened and preserved to fulfill their Orders and vows in God’s Holy Church, amen.
