The 2022 Divine Heart Sunday School graduation ceremony was held on Saturday November 26th at St. Shimun Bar Sabbae & St. Mary Cathedral Hall, with His Grace Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel blessing the evening.
Along with parents, community and guests, Reverends Fr. Sargon Baba, Fr. Isaac Royel, school chaplain Fr. Daniel Kochou, and Fr Giorgis Giorgis were present including honorary guest & visitor Fr. George.
School Principal Sr. Mary Dawood and teachers aided in the evening’s celebrations which hosted a program featuring honorary speeches, hymns, 2022 video highlights, student performances, graduation certificates, awards and prizes. We thank the Lord Jesus Christ for filling the event with joy, laughter and good Christian fellowship.
His Grace Mar Mari the Bishop, along with the school board would again like to take this opportunity to congratulate all graduating students including their families for their commitment to the school in 2022 and further pray for a prosperous start to the 2023 school year.
